Policy Servicing Packages


The Vital Policy Servicing package includes two primary tasks:

1. Policy Review -

Audit of policies to ensure the policies and coverage limits are updated correctly.

2. Renewal & New Business Processing -

Our team will update your Agency Management System (AMS) as per policy dec. page. We will also compare the policy document against an application or binder.


1. Ensure accuracy between coverage/limits requested and coverage/limits issued.

2. Ensure information in the Agency Management System is up-to-date and stored in one place for easy reference.

The Essential Policy Servicing package includes three primary tasks:

1. Certificate of Insurance -

Marble Box will revise the commercial lines certificate, verify policy on carrier site, update limits & location, and add the policy endorsements for an additional insured or certificate holder.

2. Evidence of Insurance -

Marble Box will create certificates for additional insureds, certificate holders, and lien holders. We will also update Mortgagee changes via email or fax.

3. Endorsements -

All changes are updated in the management system, processed on the carrier site, and followed-up on until completed.


1. Offers same-day turnaround and urgent hourly turnaround requests.

2. Enhances the customer experience, allowing your account manager to be more hands-on with client-facing activities.

3. Less time spent on cumbersome tasks.


The Key Policy Servicing package includes three primary tasks:

1. Carrier Correspondence -

All carrier notices are downloaded and manually added to the Agency Management System.

2. Claims -

Follow up with the carriers and update the Agency Management System.

3. Cancellations & Re-instatements -

Downloaded manually to update the cancellation in the Agency Management System and follow-up on payments.
