All Marble Box Virtual Assistants work out of our delivery center in Kolkata, India.
You will not need to oversee or manage your virtual assistant. Each Virtual Assistant is assigned a manager at Marble Box, who is responsible for their day-to-day tasks and activities. You will have direct access to both your Virtual Assistant, as well as their manager.
No. We take care of all training. Our Virtual Assistants receive at least 460 hours of rigorous training in insurance practices, and systems, before they are assigned to your account. We will work with you to capture your agency specific preferences and internally handle training your virtual assistant.
We will send daily and weekly reports your way, giving you full visibility on what your Virtual Assistant has been working on.
While training the Virtual Assistant, we create detailed standard operating procedures for all tasks that he or she will be working on. In the event that your Virtual Assistant leaves, or does not work out for you, we will place another Virtual Assistant on your account right away. This replacement will use the documentation to come up to speed quickly.
